Scania sign global real estate agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle

Scania, the Swedish automotive industry manufacturer, has signed a global framework agreement with Jones Lang LaSalle.

The agreement appoints Jones Lang LaSalle as Scania’s preferred provider for global commercial real estate consultancy and advisory services. Scania is a global company with a sales and service organisation in more than 100 countries.  

Services within agreement scope include:

•    Project & Development Services (construction, refurbishment, planning)
•    Transactions (land and property purchases/disposals, leasing, sale & leaseback transactions)
•    Valuation services

Jones Lang LaSalle can also provide additional services such as facilities management, workplace strategy, lease administration and site location analysis at the request of Scania.

Jan Andark, Head of Scania Real Estate Services said: “We have a large number of real estate projects globally. Appointing an outsourced adviser will enable us to efficiently manage multiple global workstreams through a single point of contact at Jones Lang LaSalle near our Head Office in Södertälje, Sweden.”
