Apartments are being sold by JLL/Cobertura
At Calçada da Estrela, near to the Portuguese Parliament city block, is rising a new residential project, offering eight apartments that bring refinement, sophistication and quality targeting a cosmopolitan public. Located on the converging point between Calçada da Estrela and Correia Garção street, Estrela 24 includes 8 apartments of T1 typology (from 60 sqm) and T2 (from 90 sqm). The building is being refurbishment, which will allows it to recover its historic charm while providing comtemporary comforts in day-to-day. The works should be concluded in 2nd quarter of 2017.
