The Lisbon Office market stills in a Tenant Friendly moment in this second quarter of 2014, however we are moving to a balanced market between tenants and landlords. The rents are reaching the minimum values, but it is expected a gradual growth next year. The vacancy rate stills high, but take-up levels grew y-o-y, keeping an increasing trajector.
