Market Pulse Portugal - Q2 2014

In the second quarter of 2014 the main economic indicators remained in recovery, although having a slight slowdown. The exit of troika´s financial bailout program and the decrease of government bonds yield, brought back the external confidence in Portugal, confirmed by the dynamism verified in Portuguese real estate market. In capital markets the transactions were mainly performed by foreign investors. The office market is also in recovery and have showed a continued growth. In Retail market High Street retail remains its increasing demand mainly in prestigious zones of Lisbon and Porto, strongly driven by tourism. ​
