In the third quarter of 2014 the main economic indicators remained in recovery, although having a slight slowdown when compared to the previous quarter. Capital Markets is characterized by dynamism and diversity. Only in the third quarter the investment volume in commercial assets has reached to the total volume of the first semester, this investment was made mainly by foreign investors. The Office market was marked by the end of the falling cycle, with a take-up volume similar to pre-crisis levels. In the Retail market the demand of unit shops remained and the difference of demand between prime and secondary assets has become more accentuated, both in high street and shopping centres.
