The Lisbon Office market stills in a Tenant Friendly moment in the third quarter of 2014, however we are moving to a balanced market between tenants and landlords. The rents have reached to minimum values, and it is expected a gradual growth next year. The vacancy rate stills high, but take-up volume has reached to pré-crisis levels. Corredor Oeste was the zone with more completitions in the third quarter, still it is the zone with the higher vacancy rate. The companies enjoy the tenant friendly moment to change for better buildings and increase efficiency of workspaces.
