From peak market levels to a period of uncertainty in the real estate investment sector.
At the beginning of 2020, JLL invited several players investors in the Portuguese real estate market for a debate on the future prospects of the sector.
Through an interactive questionnaire, a very participative conversation resulted amongst 21 participants who contributed with their experience, know-how and vision on the national real estate market.
Within the scope of investment in commercial real estate, with a focus on the office and retail markets, rents, yields and performances were foreseen, as well as the identification of some measures that could help overcome certain existing obstacles.
The pandemic brought uncertainty to the market and called into question the results obtained previously. Thus, in full confinement, JLL asked investors again,with the opinion of 51 participants.
