The publication Portugal Market Pulse Q1 analyses the performance of the office, retail, investment and residential markets, as well as the main trends in the real estate industry.

Despite being marked by the arrival of the Covid-19 pandemic, the first quarter of the year maintained the strong performance registered in recent times in the real estate market. In the investment sector, the activity volume grew more than 3 times, to € 1,40 million, while in the office sector, the take-up increased by 7% comparing to the same period last year. In residential, there was a double-digit growth trend and Retail also maintained good levels of activity in the first quarter.
