Portugal's commercial real estate market had an estimated investment volume of €675 million in H1 2024, which was 18% lower than the same period last year. The second quarter accounted for 59% of the total volume.
The K-Tower office building transaction in Parque das Nações and the sale of Hotel Sofitel Lisbon Liberdade were the largest deals, representing 23% of the total investment volume.
Market share shifted, with office investments decreasing to 18% and Hotels & Hospitality increasing to 38% in the first half.
