The office leasing market has demonstrated great dynamic throughout the first half of the year, with absorption already exceeding the previous year's total.
The top three deals accounted for 46% of the total take-up. The largest deal involved the pre-lease of over 26,700 sq. m. in the upcoming building WellBe, located in Parque das Nações (zone 5).
Companies persist in seeking high-quality, sustainable office spaces, driving the ongoing redefinition of office buildings to adapt to ESG-compliant spaces and accommodate hybrid work arrangements.
