Year-to-date take-up in Lisbon through September has surpassed 2023 in its entirety by 55,000 sq. m, up 134% year-over-year and 50% to 2023.
The top three deals of the year account for 35% of total take-up, all of which were signed in the first half. In Q3, the biggest lease was recorded by Deloitte Portugal in CBD for more than 8,000 sq. m. It is a pre-occupation within an office campus that is expected to be concluded in the first half of 2025.
Companies persist in seeking high-quality, sustainable office spaces, driving the ongoing evolution of office buildings to adapt to ESG-compliant spaces and ability to accommodate hybrid work arrangements.
