After experiencing a robust office take-up in the first quarter, the year-to-date leasing activity in Porto exceeded the record volumes in the first half of last year.
The top three deals in H1 accounted for 30% of the total take-up. The largest deal involved the letting of nearly 4,000 sq. m. in the recently completed Matosinhos Office Center.
Companies continue to seek high-quality, sustainable office accommodation, driving the ongoing redefinition of office space to adapt to ESG-compliant spaces and incorporate hybrid work arrangements.
